Selected works by Hanz Human are periodically released through curated auctions. These auctions offer collectors a focused opportunity to acquire original artworks within a defined time frame, while maintaining the integrity and intention of the artist’s practice.

 

Auctions are approached as moments of access rather than urgency, allowing collectors to engage with the work in a considered and transparent way.

Online auctions are hosted directly on this website. Each auction presents a limited selection of original artworks, with clear bidding windows and acquisition details provided in advance.

 

Collectors may place bids at their own pace throughout the auction period. Availability is limited, and once an auction concludes, the work is either placed into a private collection or withdrawn from public release.

Live Auctions

 

 

Live auctions are held via TikTok Live, offering a real-time and interactive experience. During these sessions, selected artworks are presented live, allowing collectors to engage directly while bidding in the moment.

 

Live auctions are announced ahead of time and are designed to create connection and transparency around the work, rather than pressure.

Return Policy for Original Artwork   My Return & Refund Policy for Original Paintings I want every collector to feel completely happy with their purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with the original painting you bought from me, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. I’ve outlined the steps below to make the process clear and fair for both of us. Return Eligibility You have 7 calendar days from the day the painting is delivered to request a return. To start the return process, just contact me via the contact page with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos. The painting must be returned in the same condition it was received, without any damage. Refund Details Once I receive the returned painting and confirm that it’s undamaged, I’ll issue a full refund for the painting price. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. If the painting arrives back damaged due to improper packing, I won’t be able to process the refund. How to Pack the Painting for a Safe Return Please follow these steps carefully to make sure the artwork returns to me safely: Place a flat, sturdy sheet of cardboard on both the front and back of the painting. Include the Certificate of Authenticity in the package. Thoroughly wrap the entire painting securely with multiple layers of bubble wrap, just like you received it. Once wrapped, Wrap the entire package with strong packing tape, sealing all edges. Clearly mark the package with FRAGILE stickers or writing. Use a trackable, insured shipping service to return the painting. Contact me for the return address. If you have any questions or need help with the return process, I’m here to help. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your framed canvas print within 7 days of delivery. Below are the steps and conditions to ensure the process is smooth and fair for both of us. Return Eligibility •You have 7 calendar days from the date your framed print is delivered to request a return. •To begin the return process, contact me via the contact page with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the item and packaging. •The print must be returned in its original condition—without damage, scratches, or wear. •Returns are accepted for printing error items or unless they arrive damaged.
