If you’re not fully satisfied with the original painting you bought from me, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. I’ve outlined the steps below to make the process clear and fair for both of us. Return Eligibility You have 7 calendar days from the day the painting is delivered to request a return. To start the return process, just contact me via the contact page with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos. The painting must be returned in the same condition it was received, without any damage. Refund Details Once I receive the returned painting and confirm that it’s undamaged, I’ll issue a full refund for the painting price. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. If the painting arrives back damaged due to improper packing, I won’t be able to process the refund. How to Pack the Painting for a Safe Return Please follow these steps carefully to make sure the artwork returns to me safely: Place a flat, sturdy sheet of cardboard on both the front and back of the painting. Include the Certificate of Authenticity in the package. Thoroughly wrap the entire painting securely with multiple layers of bubble wrap, just like you received it. Once wrapped, Wrap the entire package with strong packing tape, sealing all edges. Clearly mark the package with FRAGILE stickers or writing.
